Estepona

Estepona, once a quiet fishing village, has been a tourist attraction since the 1980s. It is located towards the western end of the Costa del Sol, and has become a tourist destination, a sleepy little fishing village that was once home to a small fishing community of about 1,000 inhabitants in the 1960s.

The city is home to the Peña Flamenca de Estepona, where you can hear some of the best flamencos of the coast, and has a number of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels.

In Estepona you can take a walk along the beach or even take a dip in the water in one of the many pools as well as on a number of beaches.

Estepona offers an attractive residential area that belongs to a lively community.

Playa de la Rada is the most emblematic beach, recognized on several occasions as a nudist beach, recognized throughout Europe. Nerja has several beautiful bays and small beaches, while Estepona has wide and long stretches of beach. The beaches have thick sand and behave in such a way that it always seems surprising that the following stand out from them. Around the corner is the yellow and golden sandy beach and you have a long stretch of beach to yourself.

The national line will take you to Casares and this will help you cross the Costa del Sol. Take a buggy ride through the mountain ranges at Marbella Buggies, which is just minutes from the city centre and the beach. When the weather is good, they offer a variety of activities, such as a meeting for a messy paintball session or fun with a group of friends.

The main beach of Estepona is a gated community of hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and restaurants located on the edge of the resort. In front of the town there is an open-air beach where you can also enjoy activities such as kayaking and windsurfing.

The bars and clubs extend to Benahavis, Costa Natura and Benavista, and Estepona itself is one of the small towns in the region. The quiet beaches of the Costa del Sol are located in the south – west and north – east of Estepona, as well as in the city itself.

The area also includes many first-line plots that offer a variety of golf courses, such as El Paraiso Golf Club, founded as a private club in the early 20th century, and the emerging Valle Romano course, while the most established courses in the area are the Estepona Golf Club and Paraiaso Golf Club in Estepona and Marbella, both quiet courses with breath taking mountain scenery.

Estepona Night Life

The two most famous clubs are Manolo Santana’s Club in Marbella and El Pueblo in Benavista, the latter with its own golf course. Estepona is home to a number of famous golf clubs as well as many other private clubs and is listed on the list of the 10 most popular courses in Spain for golfers of all skill levels. It is home to one of the best golf clubs in Spain, with an excellent reputation for the best courses, and it is the place where the Mar Bella Open is held every summer.

Estepona is bordered by El Pueblo in Benavista, El Paraiso Golf Club in Marbella and Valle Romano in Estepona and Marbella.

Estepona offers an attractive residential area that belongs to a lively community. To the west of the city there are several low-level residential developments, including El Pueblo, El Paraiso Golf Club and Valle Romano, and to the east the city of Marbella.

Estepona celebrates several fairs every year, the highlight being the San Isidro Fair, which is held in Mid-May. Good weather is expected and there are also a number of festivals, such as the El Pueblo Fair in summer and the Santa Maria de Este Fair on weekends.

The Gran Senda has two stages, one in Estepona and Marbella, and one in the city centre. The market runs through the municipality of Malaga and is usually open on Sundays in the city, but it is also open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. While Nerja is located to the east of the city, Estepona is on the other side of the river, just a few hundred meters from the city center and the main road.
